What are your hours?
Our business hours are Monday thru Friday 10am - 6pm and Saturday 10am - 3pm. We are closed on Sundays.
How do I get to the salon from Hattiesburg?
From Hattiesburg on I-59, take exit 69, Turn right onto MS-42 E/Evelyn Gandy Pkwy toward Petal. Rose Renee will be on the right next to First Southern Bank.
How do I get to the salon from Laurel?
From Laurel on I-59, take exit 69, Turn left onto MS-42 E/Evelyn Gandy Pkwy towards Petal. Rose Renee will be on the right next to First Southern Bank.
What is your return policy?
We sell products both online as well as in our salon. Items purchased online can be returned in our salon for your convenience.
All retail purchases must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time and to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
Can I make special orders for the products that I want?
We would like to be your one stop beauty shop. If you want a larger quantity of a product or a special product we don't carry, then please let us know, and we will do everything possible to satisfy your request.
Can I make a phone order?
We strive to accomodate our customers according to their needs. We are aware some people prefer to place orders by phone. We asked that you be patient and understanding with us, as we may be with another customer at the moment. If we are busy we may take your number and call you back to place your order. The best way to place an order is to fill out the form on our contact page.
Do you accept checks?
At this time we do not accept checks. We do accept cash, credit cards, debit cards and gift cards. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Can I order something online then pick it up in the store?
Absolutely! We have a pick up option online. Simply place your order then choose pick up. Your order will typically be ready for pick up an hour after you place it online.
If I purchased something online can I return it in the store?
Yes! Any purchases made online can be returned in the store for a full refund, less shipping and handling fees. Items must be in their original condition.
How do I make an appointment?
You can call the salon and make an appointment. Our phone number is 601-336-4953. You can also send us an email request for an appointment. We will send an email back either confirming or suggesting other times that are available.
